Points to note when using a cnc horizontal lathe

CNC horizontal lathe refers to a machining center where the table and the spindle are arranged in parallel. Horizontal machining centers usually have three linear motion axes plus a table rotation axis. After clamping the workpiece once, the horizontal machining center can automatically select different tools according to the program, automatically change the rotation speed of the spindle, and complete multiple processes on multiple surfaces in sequence.

Installation of CNC horizontal lathe environment
CNC horizontal lathes should be installed away from light sources, direct sunlight, no heat radiation and no moisture. If there is a light source near the installation location of the horizontal machining center, a shockproof groove should be placed around the horizontal machining center. If the shockproof function is not provided, it will directly affect the machining accuracy and stability of the horizontal machining center.

Strict control of voltage and current
CNC horizontal lathes are generally installed in processing workshops. Processing equipment has a large number of mechanical equipment, which inevitably causes large fluctuations in the power grid. The voltage and current of the power supply must be controlled within the allowable range of the horizontal machining center. The power supply voltage and current must be kept stable, otherwise it will directly affect the lying state.

Temperature and humidity will directly affect the CNC horizontal lathe
CNC horizontal lathes usually need to work in an environment below 30 degrees Celsius. Generally, exhaust fans and air coolers are installed in the distribution box of a horizontal machining center to ensure that the electronic components and the central processing unit operate at a constant temperature.

If the temperature and humidity are too high, the component life of the control system will be shortened, thereby increasing the failure rate of the horizontal machining center. When the humidity increases, the dust on the integrated circuit board will increase and directly cause short circuits and short circuit faults.

Machine factory parameter setting
When using a CNC horizontal lathe, the customer cannot change the factory parameter settings of the machine at will, because these factory parameter settings are directly related to the dynamic characteristics of each part of the horizontal machining center. Only the gap compensation parameter value can be set according to the actual situation.
